Label/Hotstamp holographic, and high security hot stamp scratch
off processes are all fully monitored with the Profold Camera
Vision Checking System, which checks via computer and Camera
Screen that all of the three types of scratch off positioning
are correct, ensuring total PIN number coverage every time.
Our equipment applies the scratch off applications at the
same time as the PIN number/serial (and barcodes if required)
at speeds of over 45,000 cards per hour per machine.
Vertical feeder holds cards.
Registration unit guarantees every card is accurately positioned
for the journey through the equipment. Patented air transport base for precision placement of data,
scratch labels / 'hot stamp' or (optional magnetic stripe)
